Freedom of speech is generally considered one of the fundamental rights of all Americans. However, the federal government has importantly restricted several times for various reasons. Develop an argument on whether speech of all types and all kinds should remain unfettered at all times, or whether it is appropriate that Congress and the Supreme Court have sometimes enacted restrictions on the freedom of speech. Use at least one piece of evidence from one of the following foundational documents. Bill of Rights Brutus No. 1 Federalist No.78 In your essay, you must: Articulate a defensible claim or thesis that responds to the prompt and establishes a line of reasoning. Provide at least TWO pieces of pieces of accurate evidence relevant to the prompt. One piece of evidence must come from the foundational document. A second piece of evidence can come from any other foundational document not used in your first piece of evidence, or it may be from your knowledge of course content. Use two pieces of evidence to support your claim or thesis. Use reasoning to explain why your evidence supports your claim or thesis.
