Espero que estés bien. Desafordunadamente, estoy mal. La escuela me causa mucho estrés y me siento triste frecuentemente :(. ¿Te sientes estresado o triste también? A vececes no quiero salir de mi cama. Yo sé que tengo malos hábitos... como pasar mucho tiempo en las redes sociales... pero ¡es difícil cambiar!
Me preguntaba si podrías compartir algunos consejos sobre cómo aliviar el estrés y cuidar de la salud mental. ¿Qué haces tú cuando te sientes estrasad@ o triste? Me encantaría escuchar tus sugerencias y aprender de tu experiencia.
