Write a 1-2 paragraph conclusion of your experiment. The conclusion summarizes what you were hoping to learn, how you went about learning it, and what the outcomes were. It's also the place to talk about any issues that came up or anything new you're wondering as a result of conducting this experiment!

In your paragraph(s):

  1. State whether or not your hypothesis was supported.
  2. Briefly describe your experiment to give the reader some context.
  3. Summarize the data from your experiment. (Don't just repeat some numbers that we can clearly see on your graph. Give us some more analysis!
  4. Explain how your results connect to scientific concepts. (Connect it back to your background research!)
  5. Describe some sources of error in your experiment. How could it be improved in the future?
  6. Connect your experiment to the real world.
