FRQ #1- Argumentative Essay on the Balance of Power in the U.S. Constitution

Write an argumentative essay on the following topic: Did the Constitution create an overly centralized government, or did it properly limit federal power? Develop an argument that takes a position on how well the Constitution properly balances national and state power.
