Recent changes to voting laws—such as mail-in ballots, absentee voting, early voting, and voter ID requirements—have shaped national conversations about access to the ballot and election security.

Develop an argument as to whether the expansion of voting options — including mail-in voting, absentee voting, early voting, and changes to voter ID laws — promotes democratic participation more than it threatens electoral security
