Essay: Two Countries I Want to Visit

In this assignment, you will write an essay about two different countries you would like to visit. You will explain why you want to visit each country. Your essay should include an introduction with a hook, a thesis statement, and a plan for your essay. You will write two body paragraphs (one for each country) and a concluding paragraph. Be sure to organize your ideas clearly and use details to support your reasons.

Group 1

Write an essay that follows these instructions:

  1. Choose two different countries you would like to visit.
  2. In your introduction, start with a hook to grab the reader’s attention. Then write a thesis statement that clearly says you want to visit these two countries, and include a plan that tells what your essay will talk about.
  3. Write one body paragraph for each country. In each paragraph, explain why you want to visit that country. Give at least two reasons for each country and include details or examples.
  4. End with a concluding paragraph that restates your main idea and wraps up your essay.

Remember to organize your essay with clear paragraphs and to check your spelling and grammar.
