Identify the key groups or individuals involved in the issue discussed in the article. Explain their involvement in the issue. (50-150 words)

Pose at least two questions that you have from the article. These questions should encourage critical thinking and analysis, not simply ask for a definition. Then, for each question, write an explanation of why knowing the answer would be useful. These cannot be questions that the article asks or answers. (100-200 words)
