Dear King George III: A Break-Up Letter Assignment
Imagine you are a colonist living in America in 1776. You and your fellow colonists have had enough of King George III's unfair treatment, and you have decided to write him a "break-up" letter. Your letter should be written in a unique and satirical style, similar to the tone found in the Declaration of Independence, but with your own creative twist. Be sure to include at least three grievances (complaints) from the Declaration of Independence, and explain why each one makes you upset. Your letter should be at least 12 sentences long and written in letter format.
