All About Me Essay
Teachers love to get to know their students. Knowing a student well helps the teacher make better decisions about how to help them be successful during the school year. For this essay, you will pick 3 qualities about yourself (personality traits) that you want to share with your teacher. A personality trait can be something that you are proud of or something you feel is a challenge you have and want to improve. Choosing unique and diverse qualities will make your essay more interesting.
Also, be aware that a quality about yourself is not an event that happened in your life or a trip you had over the summer. These may be details in your essay, but they should not be one of the 3 main qualities that you select.

To write your essay, you will use a 5 paragraph format that includes an introduction, 3 body paragraphs, and a conclusion. The length of the essay will be different for everyone, but should be your best effort at writing a 5 paragraph essay. Finally, be sure to edit your essay after you have completed it to correct any mistakes in capitalization and punctuation.
