Extra Credit Most Impactful Islamic Achievement/Invention

Did you miss an assignment earlier in the quarter? This is a chance to make up some of those missed points! This will earn you UP TO 5 points (more if your answer is spectacular) extra credit. 

For this, you will want to be looking at your notes packet on page 22 of your packet. In those notes we looked at the following achievements during the Islamic Golden Age: 
A number system and the concept of Zero
Algebra 
Chemistry--separating Compounds
Astrolabe for navigation
Banking and the use of Checks
Preserved Learning from Ancient World 
Geometric Art
Popularizing the Indian game of Chess
Literature such as the Arabian Nights tales
Islamic Architecture 

You will select ONE of these for your response below.  There is no wrong choice, it's all about how you defend your choice and how you craft a C.E.R. paragraph. You have TWO tries to perfect it.
