Samantha is a new student at a high school and is trying to fit in with her classmates. During lunch, she sits with a rowdy group. One day, a student from another table accidentally bumps into one of Samantha's new friends, causing her to spill her drink. The group starts yelling and threatening the other student. Later that day, Samantha joins the school's drama club, where they are practicing a scene that involves a character expressing anger and frustration. Watching someone perform the scene makes her feel like she did earlier in the day. However, when Samantha practices the scence, she finds herself feeling less tense and more relaxed.
