Ben trains for months to compete in an upcoming marathon. His focus is to win the race and make his father proud. Ben has always had a strained relationship with his father and he is positive that winning this event will make fix all of those relationship issues. He knows that running is a great way to stay healthy and he has come to enjoy this time to himself as he trains. If he succeeds, he will probably continue running marathons. Define each item and explain (give a specific example) how the following factors contribute to Ben’s experience training and competing in the marathon:
