Brain and Neuron FRQ Review

You should present a cogent argument based on your critical analysis of the questions posed, using appropriate psychological terminology. It is not enough to answer a question by merely listing facts.

Ashley planned to drive from New York to California to attend college, which she was a bit anxious about. Shortly after entering the unfamiliar state of Colorado, her phone GPS stopped working. Ashley called her parents in a panic for assistance with directions. Because she was distracted, she drove off the side of the road and grazed the front bumper of her car on the guardrail, resulting in her head smacking the steering wheel. The car was not too badly damaged and she felt fine so she continued on her journey with the new directions. Although she ultimately made it to California, she had trouble walking and headaches that grew in severity for days, which finally prompted her to see a neurologist.
